Requests are only available for Today’s date or Tomorrow ( if available). Please see our “PARTY RENTALS” section at the main menu if you would like to preschedule a truck for a future date/time slot (Rental fees apply)
*If you request a certain time frame please keep our current wait time in mind as it is first come first serve. We will always do our absolute best to aim for your selected time. Scheduling hours in advance is also welcome if you see time slots for your neighborhood
~Contact Driver~
You can ask a driver any questions if you need to and they will get back to you by email or text ASAP. Just look under the neighborhood you selected under Request a stop.
~PUSH NOTIFICATIONS~
Make sure to activate your push notifications in the app to get updates when we are in your section of town that day and also get notified when your request has been accepted or denied.
~SUBMITTING A REQUEST~
Just fill out our request form under your town listed. Since you registered with our app some info will be automatically filled in for your convenience so you only need to fill out some other questions for your driver. Then submit your request! Our response time after submission won’t be long.
~AFTER YOU REQUEST~
You will receive a push notification and email confirmation if we are able to accept or if we are unavailable. Once accepted we will contact you based on your chosen arrival update preference when your stop is approaching.
~To CANCEL A REQUEST~
If something comes up it’s easy to cancel your request, simply return to the main app screen select “Cancel Request” on the main screen and just submit your address.
