• We encourage members to provide accurate information about themselves. You must not impersonate any person, misrepresent your age or marital status, or put information in your profile that is false or misleading in any way
• Your profile including your full name, must not contain offensive, hateful, obscene, illegal or inappropriate content. Your profile content must not  discuss politics or advocating violence. Your profile must not contain any content or links, that infringes someone else's copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights e.g., music, movies, videos, photographs, images, software, literary works, etc.
• You must not create multiple accounts. You are permitted to maintain one unique profile . Duplicate accounts will be terminated.
• Your profile must be used for genuine Business or job-seeking purposes. Profiles that are not used for genuine Business or job-seeking purposes will be terminated.
• Your profile should be created for use by only you, you may not sell access to your account or otherwise transfer account to someone else.
• Photos that you upload must be accurate and not harmful in any way. The photos that you submit must be of you.
• You must not submit images that:

                             -Contain any person other than you

                             -Are inappropriate or offensive

                             -Are subject to copyright of another person

                             -Are photoshopped or digitally edited

• Violation of any of these conditions may result in your photo being disapproved. In some cases, it may result in your account being terminated.
• Talking to our customer service
• When speaking to our customer service employees, you must not be abusive, obscene, offensive, threatening, harassing or racially offensive.
• Should you engage in offensive conduct, we will have the right to immediately terminate your membership
• When chatting to other members on the site, you must not be abusive, obscene, offensive, threatening, harassing or racially offensive. You must not send spam or scamming.
• We may report communication relating to any illegal activity to the appropriate Law Enforcement Agency.
• You must not repeatedly contact someone who has blocked you or expressed that they no longer want to communicate with you. You must not create duplicate accounts as a means to harass another member.
• Members who don’t follow good safety protocols put other members at risk of scamming and encourage bad behaviour by other members. You must always operate your account in a safe and secure manner. This includes abiding by these profile guidelines.
• You must not send money or provide your financial information to any person that you have communicated with on here before you meet in person and having a proper diligence.
• If anyone tries to solicit money or obtain your financial information before meeting in person, report them to us immediately.
• You must not share your password or allow anyone to access your account, or do anything else that might put your account at risk.
• You must not post or transmit material which contains viruses or other computer codes, files, or programs which are designed to limit or destroy the functionality of any computer software or hardware
• We periodically terminate dormant or inactive accounts. Ensure that you log in regularly to ensure that your account stays active and is not terminated.

• DISCLAIMERS AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY  

• ZIMBIZNET DIRECTORY- make no claim or promise with respect to any third party, such as businesses or advertisers listed on the platform or that offer goods or services through the platform or the service users. Accordingly, Zimbiznet is not liable to you for any personal injury, loss or damage that might arise from any such third party's actions or omissions, including ( e.g if another user or business misuses your content, identity or personal information  or if you have a negative experience with on of the businesses or advertisers listed or featured on the platform). Your purchase and use of the products or services offered by the third parties through the platform is at your own discretion and risk.

• ZIMBIZNET REAL ESTATE- We are not a property sales or lettings agency. We are the providers of the Site. It is our members (which include estate agents, commercial agents, lettings agents, landlords, and overseas home owners and are referred to as “members”) that display property details for you to view. The information provided on this feature is for general interest only and does not constitute specific advice. Although we make reasonable efforts to update the information on our Site, we make no representations, warranties or guarantees, whether express or implied, that the content on our feature is accurate, complete or up to date.

  ZIMBIZNET ACCOMMODATION - is a feature that provides users with comparisons for different offers for accommodation rooms. Zimbiznet  does not provide, own or control any of the accommodation services and products that you can access through our Platform . The accommodation  Products are owned, controlled or made available by third parties (the "accommodation Providers"), either directly or through a facilitator of hotel reservations . The accommodation Providers are responsible for the accommodation Products and all booking contracts.

  ZIMBIZNET EVENTS- We are not the creator, organizer, or owner of the events listed on the Services nor are we the seller of tickets, registrations or any merchandise on the Services. Instead, we provide our platform, which allow Organizers to manage ticketing and registrations and promote their events. When hosting an event, the Organizer is solely responsible for ensuring that their event and any page displaying an event complies with any applicable laws, rules, and regulations, and that the goods and services described on the event page are delivered as described and in an accurate, satisfactory manner.

  ZIMBIZNET COMMUNITY- We expressly exclude all liability in connection with events of any nature, which could take place between you and other users during online interactions or in person interactions. We do not verify the actual identity of users when they register on the Services. Further, we do not control nor moderate exhaustively any of the content which users may publish or upload on the Services under their sole responsibility. However, users’ photographs and profile descriptions are moderated prior to dissemination on the Services.

  We are not liable for the accuracy or inaccuracy of the information and content provided by you or other users, nor for the consequences arising from your or their use of this information and content. Similarly, we are not liable for any content disseminated by you or another user that may potentially infringe your rights or the rights of one or more of the other users or any other third party.
