DAILY WALK

Good Morning, our reading today is Ezekiel 1 and I Timothy 3. Ezekiel was taken to Babylon in 597 B.C. and while Jeremiah prophesizes from Jerusalem, Ezekiel prophesizes from Babylon in captivity. Ezekiel is to be compared to Revelation and the visions that are seen are similar. Ezekiel offers hope to the people in exile and tells of the chastisement of God for their sins and of the blessings that are to come. Ezekiel's wife dies at the beginning of the exile. Ezekiel tells his people that God will fulfil his promises to Israel. In I Timothy Paul gives, in chapter 3, the qualifications of a bishop.

Pray one for another and traveling mercies for all our people traveling.
