DAILY WALK

Good Morning and Happy Birthday to the United States Marine Corps. Today is also Veterans Day and we give a big shout of thanks to all our Veterans. Our reading today is Jeremiah 49 and I Thessalonians 2.  If God is not in control of the universe, then why is He giving Jeremiah prophecy from chapters 46-52 of coming judgments on Israel's neighbors?  All the ones that have hurt His people, Israel, are to be punished by the country used by God to bring the judgment. Egypt, Philistia, Moab, Ammon, Edom, Damascus, Kedar, Hazor, Elam, Babylon. The judgment was prophesied, and it came just as was told. In I Thessalonians 2 we learn to talk the talk we must walk the walk.
