DAILY WALK

Good Morning, The Jewish New Year began last night at 6 PM. The year is 5784, and the big event will be the blowing of the shofar, rams horn. The Jewish community will celebrate with the eating of round challah bread with raisins and apples dipped in honey. Many of our Jewish friends know little of the significance of this as it celebrates the creation of Adam and Eve. In Isaiah 58 Isaiah was told to cry aloud and spare not for he was to show the people of their transgressions. Our reading today will be Isaiah 58 and Romans 11. Notice the results which shall come forth during the Millennium in verses 8-14. In Romans 11 we find that God has not cast away His people but has a remnant according to grace. Truly God saves the sinner by Grace and the sinner is not striving to be accepted but is accepted in Jesus Christ by Grace and not by works. I most certainly would underline verses 23 -27 and verses 32 -36. God is Great, God is Good, God is Merciful.

Pray one for another and pray for revival.
