DAILY WALK

Good Morning, looking forward to Sunday and the message on Intercessory Prayer. Our reading today is Mark 10 and Song of Solomon 2. Think about the promises of prayer and then consider the question in verse 35. We would that thou shouldest do for us whatsoever we shall desire. Do we sometimes take the promises of prayer and then ask selfish things? Read Chapter 10 carefully. In Song of Solomon chapter 2 the bride speaks of her beloved. Solomon who has left Jerusalem and dressed as a shepherd boy goes to his Lebanon estate and does not reveal who he is until he takes the girl to Jerusalem to see his mother. Getting her approval he continues with his interest. Remember the Shulamite was Solomons's first and possibly the only love of his life. He married often but loved once it would seem. How much happier he would have been if Ecclesiastes which tells of a man that was so disillusioned.

Pray one for another
