DAILY WALK

Half of 2023 has passed. Good Morning! It is the Lord's day or is it? With church attendance across the country in decline and the amount of money being spent on travel and recreation where does the Lord's Day fit in? Yesterday at Lowes I tried to hand gospel tracts to three young ladies and each of them flatly refused to take them. It was the little blue tract on how to get to Heaven from North Carolina but I guess they are so earthly-minded they were not interested in how to get to Heaven. I was able to give a tract to an elderly couple and they seemed to appreciate it so Praise the Lord anyway. Our reading today is Ecclesiastes 8 and Mark 5. I will be preaching from Mark 5 so please pray for the success of the Word as it goes forth. In Ecclesiastes 8:4 we find an interesting statement and I relay it to our Authorized Bible. It would certainly be helpful if our present administration would read verse 11.
