DAILY WALK

Good Morning, Dr. Russell Anderson, co founder of Hyles Anderson College went home to be with the Lord. God blessed him with millions of dollars which Dr. Anderson invested in building churches and winning souls. My information on Ron Hamilton going  to be with the Lord was incorrect and I ask for your prayers for him and his family.. He is weak but according to Jackie he was still fighting to live. I apologize for not checking my source. 

Today we read II Thessalonians 3 and Psalm 78. Paul in II Thessalonians 3 gives great help in serving the Lord and instruction on dealing with those that will not live faithfully and how to continue in trying to direct them in the right way. In our day there are those that would have you believe you are in the way of grace and need not be concerned about the right path. The teacher of Grace, Paul, talks often about a right way and those that will not walk in it. Look at verses 13-15. In Psalm 78 we learn of God's inexhaustible compassion by His dealing with His people Israel. Our actions to God's goodness creates a cost factor for according to verse 41 we can limit the goodness God would like to extend to us. I believe God is better to us than we deserve and we could surely better our position by being thankful to His wondrous displays of love. Mr. Moody would say," be careful for nothing; Be prayerful for everything; be thankful for anything." Maybe we should start right now by being thankful for another sunrise.
