DAILY WALK

Good morning, today we read 2 Thessalonians 1 and Psalm 75. In Paul's second letter to the Thessalonica church, Paul writes to the young believers about their misapprehension of the day of the Lord.  Some had quit working and were waiting for Jesus to come. Paul warns that the day of the Lord would not come without a falling away would come first. Certainly, I believe we are seeing this today and so I would urge believers to be ready for the imminent return of our Lord. While we never know for sure it would be good to be ready at all times. Psalm 75 is also about God's divine intervention. Let it be said that in the Old and New Testaments, a day of judgment is spoken of. Remember verse 10 and rejoice that we have a promise from on High of God's perfect judgment and look at verse 8 for it is near.

Pray one for the other
