If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on Cancellation.
The following terms are applicable for any food items that You purchased with Us.
Interpretation and Definitions
Interpretation
The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.
Definitions
For the purposes of this Cancellation Policy:
Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to RNA Tiffin Services.
Meals refer to the food items that is offered on RNA Tiffin Services.
Orders mean a request by You to purchase Meals from Us.
Subscription mean an order of a specific Meal Plan and can consist of 1 or more Meals
Meal mean a single Meal from the Subscription
Service refers to the meals, delivery and customer support that we provide.
Website refers to RNA Tiffin Services, accessible from https://www.rnatiffinservices.com
You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
Subscription means the number of continuous days for which the order is placed.
Meal Cancellation and Rescheduling Rights
You are entitled to Cancel or Reschedule your meal in our Cancellation Window. You can add or cancel meals as late as 7AM for Lunch and 2PM for Dinner, on the same day.
Early orders and meals can be booked or rescheduled at any time.
Subscription Expiry
Your individual subscription will expire in days equal to 2 times the number of meals ordered in a subscription. So your 2 meals that you can avail in a day will last for 4 days. E.g. 4 Meals subscription will expire in 4*2 = 8 days, 10 Meals subscription will e in 10*2 = 20 days and so on.
The expired meals can be revoked any time after the expired date.
Order Cancellation and Refund Rights
The meals bought are non-refundable. Individual case may be considered if it is a genuine concern.
Food Quality issue will not be considered, please order for lesser days and if satisfied then buy for more number of days.
Relocation as a reason will not be considered, please plan accordingly.
The refund request must come to RNA Tiffin Services over email.

The refund is solely RNA Tiffin Services's decision. We will try our best to understand if the request is for a genuine reason.
If your request is considered, We will reimburse You no later than 20 days from the day we approve your refund request.
