How do I track my order?

Go to the 'Order History' in our app or website. See your order from the list of orders. Your food might be:- Waiting for confirmation - Accepted - Preparing - Prepared - Ready to Pickup - Dispatched - Delivered. To speak to the store manager, click on HELP/SUPPORT to get the store contact number & email.

 

I want to cancel my order!

An order can be cancelled only if the preparation hasn't been started. If the order is in process of being prepared, we can't cancel it. To speak to the store manager, click on HELP/SUPPORT of the order details page to get the store contact number.

 

I want to switch my payment method

There's no option to change the payment method once an order is placed.

 

My order was very late.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. This is not the experience we aim to provide & we promise to make it up to you. For assistance, leave a review for us on our app/website or click on HELP/SUPPORT of the order details page to get the store contact number and email.

 

Why was my order cancelled?

Order might be cancelled for one of these reasons:

  1. Our delivery person couldn't get in touch with you or find the address mentioned

 

My order had some items missing or incorrect food items were delivered to me.

If you received something you didn't order, or there was something missing, please go to 'Account' -> 'Order History' and click on 'HELP' to speak to the store manager. we will check the issue from our end and either resend the missing or correct items or will refund the amount with 2 days.

 

I had an issue with the quality of my food.

I had packaging or spillage issues with my order.
